Pet-first Check-in

When you fly with RetrievAir, you’ll check in at a private terminal —no crowds, no chaos. Our streamlined, TSA-approved process makes it quick and simple, and our pet-friendly lounges and relief areas ensure both you and your pet feel relaxed from the moment you arrive. It’s a smooth start to stress-free travel.

In-flight comfort

Onboard RetrievAir, you can fly with your dog: your pet can get their own seat right next to you—because that’s where they belong. We’ve created a calm, cozy cabin environment designed to help pups relax (and yes, most of them nap the whole flight). With in-flight treats and water for them—and complimentary drinks and snacks for you—you can both sit back, settle in, and truly enjoy a peaceful ride together.

Our experience with RetrievAir was very positive. While we did have an unexpected issue with the aircraft that caused a delay, the RetrievAir team was very responsive and did everything possible to take care of the passengers and pups. The check in and boarding processes were very simple and pups were given plenty of space. I especially appreciated how kind and accommodating our flight crew was. They were wonderful and we are looking forward to our next flight with RetrievAir.

I dreaded taking my anxious dog on a cross country trip. But due to a family medical emergency we had to do it. Thank goodness for RetrievAir! We had an amazing experience from start to finish, and for a reasonable price. These people know and love dogs! Patches enjoyed his trip and even made several new friends including Bacon, Bunny, Bodie, and Bean. The folks at RetrievAir were there to help us at every step and even effectively dealt with a sweet but very dog-reactive dog en route from NY to LA. Well done. We so appreciate everything that went into the creation of this service and we look forward to our next trip.

Moving internationally with our dog was very stressful, to put him on another flight across the country was daunting but retrievair made the process easy and the journey stress free. It was great to travel with him knowing he was ok and not stuck in a carrier or cargo and the flight was very comfortable for myself. Highly recommended for anyone looking to fly with their pet.

My olde English and French bullldogs cannot fly commercial. One of them gets car sick and both are heat intolerant. RetrievAir takes the stress out of the 1100 mile journey.

My 11 year old dog and I were moving from CT to CA and this was the best experience. The flight was so smooth and stress free. Every employee was so kind and helpful. Made our move so much easier! Would highly recommend.

The flight attendant remembered us on the way home, and she gave my dog so much extra attention because she was a little nervous. She even gave us a full-size calming supplement to try for free. Can't wait to fly with you all again :)

We had a fantastic vacation to Chicago and RetrievAir set the tone for this trip. Everyone, from the staff on the ground, to the pilots and the gentelmen helping put our bags on the plane, all treated us and our English Bulldog like superstars. Special shout out to Elizabeth Ann, the stewardess for our return trip. She was so warm and just loved every dog on board. She took pictures and really made us all feel special. I would definitely recommend retrievair to all of my buddies with dogs.we have taken our pup on other airlines and this was by far our best flight.
